HOW TO APPLY  FALSE EYELASHES!

The illustrations below show a string lash being applied and removed.
These same directions apply to lashes with a permanent eyeliner.

eyelashes can make your eyes look bigger, fuller and more inviting, but not all of us are blessed with sky-high lashes. Thankfully, anyone can wear our eyelashes which come in various styles, colors.  If you learn how to put them on correctly, no one will ever guess that they're not your very own.

They can be trimmed in width and length to suit your personal preference.
First, remove    from the tray and flex gently.

Trimming the lashes:

If the lash is wider than your eye, trim one side of it lash by lash.  Most styles of lashes come in widths with a narrow end and a long end.  Trim the long end only.  The narrow end should be at the nose area of the eyelid.

Everyone's eyes are different in size.  Optionally, trim the individual lashes to make them look more natural. They should be longer towards the outer corner of the eye, and the lash length should vary slightly.  DO NOT cut straight across the lash as this will look very unnatural.

One way to apply your Duo Eyelash Adhesive is to use a toothpick or your finger putting a small amount on your wrist and then apply a thin coat to the lash band.  After some practice, you'll find the way that works best for you.  Wait about 30-45 seconds until the Adhesive becomes tacky.

Using your tweezers, pick up the lash with the liner at the same time and place it about 1/8 inch from the inner corner of the eye and as close to your natural lash line as possible.  If you don't have any lashes, place as close to the edge of your eyelid as possible for a more natural look.

Press from end to end and hold
until the Adhesive dries using the plastic spatula included with every set of our lashes, (30 seconds to a minute). This allows the glue to set so that when you lift the spatula away, the lashes will stay on your eyelid.

Go easy on the glue so that it doesn't build up on the false eyelashes or clump up. A thin coat is the best.

 To remove the lashes:

We recommend removing the lashes beginning from the outside edge catching the base of the lash and liner with the tweezers and gently lift toward your nose.

   TIP:

We suggest you place your lashes in the tray provided and let them set overnight before trying to remove any excess Adhesive.  Then before applying again, if you notice excess glue on the lash band, gently grasp the lash and the liner together with your fingers (with the underside of the lash facing you) and with your other hand, gently roll any excess glue from the lash with your thumb .  There may NOT be any residue to remove.  It's possible some may be on your eyelid.  It's easily removed with cleanser and toner or a washcloth.

       When treated properly, your
eyelashes will last you
a very long time.

We do not recommend that you sleep in your lashes.  Natural oils from your body will help to lift them from your eyelid when you sleep.  For best results, remove your lashes as directed above and place them back in the tray provided so they keep their natural shape.  You'll be ready to reapply the next day.

We do not recommend showering or swimming  in or, for that matter, any false eyelashes.  They are delicate and fragile and should be treated as such.
